Discount Cadavers

Discount Cadavers is dead set on producing alt-rock and punk originals for live performances in Southern California, Arizona, and Nevada. The San Diego-based band is David Goyette on guitar and vocals, Jimmy Shrieve on guitar, Chris “Paff” on bass and backing vocals, and Chris “Ash” Ashton on drums. We completed our first studio EP, On Ice, with Kris of Audio Aces. You can find that on all streaming services. Also, keep an ear out for our live performance of Be Not Cast at Winston's OB on all streaming platforms.  We released our single Lumber Jackula in  January of 2026 and have two more singles coming out ealy this year: Standard Candle and Russ Gere. Thanks to Shabby Road Studios SD for the fantastic recording experience. 

You can find us on stage at local San Diego venues such as The Casbah, Winston’s, Kensington Club, Humble Heart, McGuffie's, Tower Bar, The Bancroft Bar, The Beat, Til Two Club, Larry's Beach Club, Burning Beard Brewing, Helix Brewing and The Salty Frog. Perhaps we'll make it back down to Tijuana to rock the Zacazonapan Bar. We played some fun gigs at Double Down Saloon in Las Vegas and Time Out Lounge in Tempe, AZ. We're always looking for the next out-of-town show!
